Delicious Recipe Information
One of the most delicious recipe for a starter that I have ever come across was for seafood chowder. My sister invited me out for a meal and I put my trust in her as she said it was a very delicious recipe but I had never tasted it before, or had never heard of it. I was hooked on the very first spoonful; I had never tasted such a mouth-watering soup before. I just had to search for a recipe online the next day, and have since re-created this wonderful recipe at home. I have a wide range of tastes when it comes to main courses; but steak with a Rochester cheese sauce is probably my ultimate all-time favorite. I was traveling by ferry with my family from England to Spain and we had a meal on-board. For dessert, I chose a mango panna cotta and once again it was one of the most delicious recipe I ever tasted!

Recipe Tips – Learn And Cook Perfectly
There are many recipe tips available online, on cookery programmes and even in cookery books. When I first learned how to cook, I was in need of all the recipe tips I could possibly get my hands on. Throughout the years, I have acquired many a useful recipe tip, and use them frequently. For example, when making pastry, it is so easy to make up an extra batch as it freezes very well, particularly short crust and filo pastries. These make fantastic bases to pies and desserts and all you need to do is defrost them in advance, and you have a ready made pastry the next time a recipe calls for it. The same applies for a lot of recipes or dishes that you make regularly as so many of them can be frozen and will keep well in the freezer until you plan on using it. Over Christmas or Thanksgiving when you may have surplus turkey left over, instead of discarding it, cooked turkey will keep well in the freezer, for approximately three months.

Recipes Online—Now Becoming Perfect Cook Is Not A Problem
It is extremely easy to find recipes online. All one has to do is type this simple phrase into the Google search engine, or any other search engine for that matter, and one will be inundated with results and spoilt for choice. Many of the dishes I cook today for my family have come from recipes online. When I got married, I hadn’t a clue how or what to cook. My husband is quite a confident cook and likes to experiment with herbs and spices but the extent of my knowledge at that time was how to cook spaghetti Bolognese! Even then it was very plain and in no way adventurous – I could only manage to add salt for flavor!

All Recipes Information
All recipes I find either on the internet or in cookery books is as easy to make as it seems. I have come across several recipes that require ingredients I would not be able to find here in my country, and it can be even harder to try and locate a suitable substitute. One good example that springs to mind is cornmeal. All recipes I come across that contains this ingredient I have to ignore because I just cannot find an alternative for it, unless I travel to America to buy some myself – I don’t think so! I am happy to try my hand at all recipes, provided I can locate the ingredients needed. I am always trying to explore new tastes and flavors, and different types of cuisine. My family tends to get bored of the same dishes week in, week out, and are always asking me to cook something different. With the recession we seem to be eating a mixture of ground beef or chicken, and I usually make three different dishes using either of these. When finances allow, we may eat fish or steak, which is a real treat.
